Processing Time

Every item is handmade with love, caffeine, and occasionally a 6-year-old’s “help.”

Please allow 3–7 business days for me to create, package, and send your goodies out into the world.

(Custom engraved items may take a smidge longer because… lasers.)

Shipping Speeds

Once your order ships, the delivery speed depends on the postal gods (USPS, UPS, or whoever is currently winning the race).

Typical delivery: 3–7 business days in the U.S.

International shipping? Yep — but with longer wait times and possible customs fees, because apparently borders don’t appreciate cute things as fast as we do.

Lost Packages

If your package decides to go on its own adventure instead of coming to you:

  First, check the tracking number.

  Then check with neighbors.
  
• 
  Then check behind the plant you keep forgetting to water.
  

If it’s still missing, message me and I’ll channel my inner detective to help.

(Glitter fingerprints may be involved.)

⭐ Return & Exchange Policy

(Because sometimes things happen… and sometimes you realize you “accidentally” bought six tote bags.)

I Gladly Accept Returns On:

  Non-custom items
  
• 
  Unused, undamaged products
  
• 
  Items returned within 7 days of delivery
  

If you changed your mind, no judgment — it happens to the best of us. Just contact me and we’ll make it right.

I Cannot Accept Returns On:

• 
  Custom or personalized items (engraved items, custom art, etc.)
  
  Because once it says your name, I can’t exactly sell it to Linda down the street.
  
• 
  Digital downloads (because once you’ve downloaded it, it’s basically yours forever… even if your computer immediately deletes it out of spite)
  
• 
  Clearance items
  
• 
  Anything your dog has “helped” by chewing on
  

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives looking like it fought a battle with a rogue delivery truck, send me a message + photo ASAP.

I’ll replace it faster than my kid can spill glitter (which is VERY fast).

Exchanges

Want a different color?

Changed your mind?

Realized you’re not actually a “live laugh love” person and want the snarkier version instead?

Just contact me within 7 days, and as long as the item is unused, I’ll happily set up an exchange.

⭐ Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, let me know within 12 hours.

After that, I may already be elbow-deep in sticker paper or engraving your masterpiece.
